Emory University’s Carlos Museum Workshop Facilitator (Spring, 2016)
Led silkscreen workshops for children & adults, "The Silkscreen Art of Susanne Wegner," a workshop for K-12 teachers, as well as a silkscreen printing workshop for adults. Participants examined Wenger's imagery and technique, then created their own compositions using screens inspired by Wenger's prints, in conjunction with special exhibition, "Between the Sweet Water and the Swarm of Bees: Works by Susanne Wenger."
Emory University Visiting Artist Lecture Series (Spring, 2015)
An artist talk that is free & open to the public on Monday, February 9th at 6 pm in the Visual Arts Building, discussing the role of printmaking processes in my work, followed by two, two-day relief print workshop with students of the Foundation in Art Practices classes.
